Submitting a Takedown Notice

Your notice must include the following information for us to act on it:

1. Your contact information
   Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
2. Identification of the work
   Describe the copyrighted material. For multiple works, a list may be provided.
3. Location of the infringing content
   Include the specific URL(s) on closuptube where the content is located.
4. Good faith statement
   Confirm that you believe, in good faith, that the disputed content is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
5. Accuracy statement
   Declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized representative.
6. Signature
   Provide either a physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name is sufficient for electronic submissions.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice using our contact form. A valid counter-notice must contain:

1. Your complete contact details.
2. Identification of the content removed and its previous location on closuptube.
3. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to error or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where closuptube operates) and acceptance of service from the complainant.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a proper counter-notice, the material may be reinstated within 10 business days unless we are notified that a lawsuit has been filed.

Repeat Violators

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or permanently terminated. Infringing content may also be removed at any time.

False Claims
